Excellent team! I was serving as personal rep for my late mother’s estate. The house was in rough condition and I had a pretty good sense it wouldn’t sell for a lot. When I contacted Jorge and laid out the situation, he got right down to business. He informed me the type of sale this would be and how we needed to go about it. I was pleased by this approach. During closing we hit a snag with the outstanding mortgage company because of a subsidy recapture and things got delayed. Despite my feeling uncertain about whether the sale might fall apart, Jorge was confident, reassuring, and gave me detailed instructions on what to do and what I could do. He even waited on hold with the mortgage company for nearly 2 hours in order to get answers on what was needed so we could close. I greatly appreciated this. Plus he’s always finding new ways to do his job better. Frankly Jorge was THE BEST realtor I could have hired. I STRONGLY encourage folks to consider (no, hire) this team.

Kelsey and Jorge did an OUTSTANDING job as our realtors when we decided to sell our house. They provided in-depth handbooks on the selling process, met with us several times to go over the plan, and were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had along the way. Even while being 3 hours ahead on the east coast, Kelsey and Jorge were able to take all of our worries away and successfully get our house sold. Smooth from start to finish! Their level of customer service would put Chick-fil-a to shame. If you're looking for realtor services, you must go with Kelsey and Jorge!!

Difficult to keep this review short , to say me and my family were in need of purchasing a home is a drastic understatement, to accomplish it in such a timely fashion in such a competitive market was nothing short of amazing . Kelsey is absolute warrior in what she does . Typically when you receive calls past 8 pm you go ? Really ? when you realize it’s your realtor hard at work landing you in home , saying it’s admirable just doesn’t really do justice . This team works around the clock for you literally.The level of drive , skill ,and communication I witnessed from Kelsey and her team was second to none .
